Service Cancellation Terms

Customer can cancel their services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Subscription Cancellation Process

Important: For recurring subscription services, please note the following cancellation process:

• Cut-off Date: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.
• Service Continuation: Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even after cancellation.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your current billing period.
• Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect immediately, but billing stops at the next scheduled cycle.

Cancellation Timeframes

• 24-Hour Cancellation: Services can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
• After 24 Hours: Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Service Delivery: Once services have been delivered or work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible
• Recurring Subscriptions: Must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

Cancellation Process

To cancel a service, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order/service reference number
• State the reason for cancellation
• Wait for confirmation of cancellation

Refund Processing

Upon successful cancellation:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
• Processing time: Up to 45 days depending on the payment provider
• You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled once initiated:

• Custom software development that has reached 50% completion
• Training sessions that have been scheduled and confirmed
• Consultation services that have been provided
• Software licenses that have been activated
