    At Neuronso AI LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

    General Refund Terms

    Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

    • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
    • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Billing Declaration & Recurring Payments

    Important: Our services operate on a recurring subscription model with automatic billing:

    • Automatic Billing: By subscribing to our services, you authorize Neuronso AI LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your subscription starts with a 45-day free trial period (0 AED), after which you will be automatically charged 90 AED every 3 months.
    • Recurring Charges: Recurring payments will continue automatically until you cancel your subscription.
    • Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to avoid service interruptions.
    • Billing Intervals: Billing occurs quarterly (every 3 months) after the initial 45-day free trial period.

    Refund Processing Time

    The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method used:

    • Credit Card Payments: 10-45 days (depending on the issuing bank)
    • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
    • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days

    Non-Refundable Services

    The following services are generally non-refundable:

    • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
    • Consultation services that have been provided
    • Software licenses that have been activated
    • Training sessions that have been conducted
